Ingrediënten:
- 500 gram Rohu-visfilet (ontschubd en schoongemaakt)
- 1 theelepel kurkumapoeder
- 1 theelepel rode chilipoeder
- 1 theelepel komijnpoeder
- Zout naar smaak
- 2 eetlepels mosterdolie (of een andere plantaardige olie)
- Citroensap naar smaak
- Verse koriander (voor garnering)
Instructies:

Spoel de Rohu-visfilets grondig af onder koud stromend water.

Dep de vis droog met keukenpapier en maak een paar ondiepe insnijdingen aan beide zijden van de vis.
