    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2-3 green chilies, sliced

    • Water

    Instructions:

    1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
    2. Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
