Hi, the fish is not in good condition. Smells like outdated. After opening of one package, we decided to throw all of them.
Will not order this again.
Dear Mr. Singh,First of all, we would like to thank you for your loyalty and for placing your orders with us over the years. We are truly sorry to hear that one packet of fish was not fresh. While we have not received any other complaints about this batch of Koi fish, we understand that an individual packet can occasionally spoil for various reasons. We will, of course, fully refund the spoiled packet. Please rest assured that this isolated issue does not mean the entire batch is affected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
