Long Baim, scientifically known as the Zig-zag Eel or Tire-track Spiny Eel (Mastacembelus armatus), is a highly prized freshwater fish in Bangladesh and Southeast Asia. Unlike common eels, the Spiny Eel is known for its firm, flavorful meat and unique appearance.
